A cultural policy

Works of art are on display not only in Limelette, the head office of the Group, but also in several of our regional offices.

Catalogues of the collection are regularly published, and each year, we ask a personality from the art world to organize an exhibit around a theme defined by the curator of the collection. This exhibit allows an outside look of the collection in the public spaces of our headquarters.

We have also created a program on our computers in the form of screen-savers, seen by our employees around the world. They remind us daily of the values of our company as illustrated by photography from the collection.

On a regular basis, we organize cultural events for our employees and their families in Belgium and abroad. Today groups of 40 to 80 people attend these cultural visits which take place every two to three months. Open to all employees of the company, from the workers in the plants to the staff in the offices, these events are even more highly attended as the result of creative workshops which are specially organized for children. We often invite employees from two or more countries at the same time ; Belgium and France, or Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, etc. so that people can spend the day together, getting to know one another, in a different context, and in an informal learning environment.
